How To Get Big Biceps Triceps | Biceps Workout

when it comes about men attracting women by their body and muscles then big muscular arms mean biceps are first thing ot consider. No doubt a muscular body without big biceps is waste of time and energy. Big and muscular biceps are the main feature of the perfect body.  Not only women but men themselves like it a lot. 2 years ago when I had slim and skinny arms then I was suffering from lack of confidence. A friend of mine suggest me to drink bonvita in a criticizing way to just make fun of me, that was the day to awake a giant in me.

That time I had 11 inches biceps and right after one and half year with my hard work my biceps became 15 inches muscular.  A great level of confidence built in me. It felt so good to buy new t-shirts because the old ones were so tight to wear.

It was not so hard to gain this bicep size. Just the regular arms workout and proper diet helped me to hit my target. so here are some suggestions that will help you in dramatic way to get big bicep guns.

1-      If you want to grow the size of your arms then don’t train them more than once or                    twice a week.

2-      Each Exercise Should consist of 3 or 4 set containing Maximum 10 reps in each set.


3-      Lift heavy weight to gain size. And the weight that you lift should be heavy enough that you would not be able to perform more than 10 raps in each set.


4-      Try to shuffle your arms workout , it means if last time started your workout with bicep and then tricep,  then next time start with tricep and end with bicep.  And also try to shuffle the sets .


5-      Here are the few exercise that will help you to to get the best arms ever. These are barbell curls, Hammer curls, preacher curls, push down cable and pull up cable.

Now about the diet , to get big arms here are the few diet suggestions !

1-      take 2 baked potatoes as preworkout about 40 minutes before starting your workout.

2-      Take 6 to 8 egg whites right after you workout session as protein rich diet for quick recovery and build muscle.

3-      During the whole day try to consume chicken as a high protein diet, and also minerals, low carbs, vitamins and fruits.

4-      In bodybuilding it is well known to eat well sleep well and workout well is the key to success. If you would not eat much then none of your muscle would grow. And as well as if you don’t take rest enough then your muscle would not recover. Eat Burn And sleep.
