Weight Loss Diet Plan For A Healthy Transformation

Hello readers, my name is Ali and this my first blog post, I will try to deliver the best information I can. So my first post is about weight lose. In this age of modernity and fashion the face features are not so important, because they are God gifted and we have to live with what we got.
There are a few things that we have control over those. These things are our skin, our body shape, style, attitude and dressing.



Everyone wants to be in good shape. A lot of people are suffering from the problem of overweight of body. A person don’t looks good if he has a big Belly and a fatty body. It is a great idea to look muscular and leaner, as long as it is healthy to be slim. A person looks so active, handsome and smart
if he is leaner and muscular, no matter what age he is, no matter what his face looks like or what’s is his financial status. Today I am going to tell you a Few ways to loose your weight only with diet and exercise. Try your best not to use any kind of medicine for weight lose, as they could have steroid or other Harmful chemicals.

For a healthy transformation, from being fat to leaner and muscular it is recommended to decrease your calories and carbs intake. So decrease your calories. suppose if you are taking 3000 calories per day then you have to consume only 2500 calories, it recommended to decrease 500 calories on daily base from your Regular diet. You can even decrease 1000 calories intake but if your you decrease it more than 1000 calories then it could damage your health.

What I recommend is to look good while feel good. The things you should avoid to take in a big quantity are wheat, potato, rice, fats, fried food. And try to eat fruits like apple, orange and many other fruits that don’t have so many calories.

If you are interested in being leaner with being muscular then try to eat some egg whites, fish and chicken as the chicken and egg whites are the great sources of protein. Protein is for muscle gain, it helps you build muscle, not body fat. But it is recommended not to take more than 80 grams of protein per meal; otherwise protein would be converted to carbohydrates. 

Now about exercise, we should do regular workout at home or gym. We should burn the calories that we take. So these calories and carbs should not be a part of body fats. It is easy to get fat but it is too hard to burn it. Try to workout for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Do the proper warm up. Give individual time to every muscle of your body. Sleep well.  But try to eat 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed.
