Now a days everyone wants to get fit and smart. For this reson everybody use to do exercise and take different kinds of fat burners. But in my opinion it is good and healthy to loose your weight in a natural way with diet and exercise.  Vegetables and fruits are great source of vitamins and minerals.

Regular use of vegetables have positive effect on our health. Vegetables are not only the pure and natural diet but also contain thousands of minerals , salts and a lot of  plant fiber. These are necassery for our health. Including these benefits vegetables also help to reduce the increasing weight.

Vegetables don’t have so many fats or calories, and vegetables are great source of energy.
Fworkingiber in the vegetables helps to keeps the digestive system working in a proper way. And other vitamins in vegetables help muscles to stay healthy. Vegetables are good for the cure of heart burn know as stomach acidity or ulcer. Vegetables are for improving you eye sight. Vegetables are also recommended for the patients of high blood pressure and to the people who are facing the heart diseases. Almost every vegetable is good for health but below are few those which works best to reduce your weight these vegetables are


1-      Carrot ( it is also good for heart beat and liver diseases. And it keeps the blood clean)


2-      Cucumber ( it also help to maintain the water level in your body, because non of the solid food have that much quantity of water in it.)


3-      Raddish( it is low in calories , and it contains a lot of water and fiber in it that fills the stomach but don’t provide that much calories)


4-      Mushrooms ( mushrooms are also know as the food of heaven or the food from sky. Regular use of mushrooms help to fight against cancer. Using it in different dishes help to reduce weight.)


5-      Lemon ( A Lemon in a whole day helps best to reduce body fats and extra weight. Pour a half lemon juice in a glass of water and mix half spoon of honey and drink it before breakfast, it will kill your fats in a few days. If you have oily skin problem in summer the you can use lemon juice, apply it on your skin and rinse after one hour. It will keep your skin oil free and fresh)

And all other other vegitables having green leafs.

I want to tell you a few ways to consume to vegetables in a best way. Don’t overcook the vegetables. Boil them before use. Keep the stove flame low while cooking. Vegetables help to fight against diseases and help to improve you immune system. It keeps the body slim and active. It is advised by many health advisor to patients of  premature ejaculation. And it really works best to stay long in bed. Vegetables are amazing to gain glowing bright skin. And a lot of other benefits .
